Ianthe recruits across project services, digital transformation, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, development, testing, data and business change. Before moving into recruitment consulting, she worked in contractor care and other roles within the IT recruitment industry, giving her a strong understanding of onboarding, contractor support and candidate experience.
