In this role you will play a key role in providing analytical, design, stakeholder engagement and delivery support in the development, validation and implementation of future-state organisational design, service delivery and workforce transition outcomes associated with the HCMS SAP transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake current state operating and service delivery model documentation, analyses and diagnostic assessments.
- Support the design of future state operating and service delivery models including organisational design components, role design and workforce modelling.
- Develop future workforce capabilities and a capability framework, undertake gap assessments and provide recommendations to address capability gaps.
- Undertake workforce impact analysis of future state designs and support workforce transition planning and change management planning.
- Undertake stakeholder engagement and consultation through all phases of assessment, design and implementation including program SMEs and change management team.
- Support operational leaders in any workforce transition planning and sequencing workforce adjustments to maintain service continuity while reducing manual dependencies.
What we’re looking for?
- An Organisational Psychology qualification/certification, or significant years of proven experience specialising in Organisational Development and Design.
- Proficiency in both strategic and operational thinking, planning, design, and implementation.
- A proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employee groups.
- Proficiency in analysing complex organisational data (e.g., employee surveys, performance metrics) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies, including the design and facilitation of interactive workshops.
