We are working with a leading Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Senior Case Coordinator (AO6) People and Culture. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring a range of activities and functions relating to supporting employees impacted by workplace change.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored case management support to employees impacted by workplace change, including assessing individual circumstances, identifying needs, and developing personalised action plans.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including internal HR teams and other agencies to identify and manage placements, managers, unions, and external service providers, to coordinate support and identify suitable opportunities for displaced employees.
- Facilitate transfer at level opportunities within the organisation or across the public sector by matching employee skills and experience with available roles.
- Ensure case management practices comply with relevant legislation, industrial instruments, and organisational policies, including managing sensitive information in line with privacy requirements.
About You
You will be an experienced HR or workplace relations professional with a strong background supporting employees through organisational change.
You will demonstrate:
- Experience in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Workforce Management or Employee Relations.
- Previous case management experience supporting employees impacted by workplace change, restructuring or redeployment activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with unions, managers and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, coaching and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently.
- Experience working within the Queensland Public Sector or broader government environment will be highly regarded.
