We are working with a leading Queensland Government client to recruit two SAP Functional Expert contract opportunities. Both roles are part of the Central Pharmacy Future State (CPFS) Project and can be located in the Brisbane CBD or Richlands office.These roles are responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting sales and distribution processes within the S/4HANA platform, ensuring the order-to-cash cycle (O2C) operates efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with the new Central Pharmacy operating model and the CPFS project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement new S/4HANA SD configurations and WRICEF objects. Align solutions with business requirements and SAP best practices to ensure they are scalable and risk-free to existing integrations.
- Design S/4HANA master data structures, including Business Partner roles, Material Master sales views, pricing master data, and output/communication master data.
- Collaborate to ensure seamless integration with MM, FI, EWM, BTP, and external third-party systems.
- Work alongside the S/4HANA Solution Architect to ensure SD solutions align with the overall architectural vision, audit standards, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation (detailed designs, configuration/functional specs, test scripts). Conduct unit testing and support system integration (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide critical input into cutover planning, support deployment, and troubleshoot post-implementation SD issues during the hypercare and stabilisation phases.
- Deliver outcomes in accordance with Queensland Public Service values, actively supporting equity, diversity, and ethical behaviour in the workplace.
What we’re looking for?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing original S/4HANA Sales & Distribution module designs and requirements within greenfield implementations or live production environments
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with/implementing original embedded S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management module designs/requirements.
- SAP S/4HANA EWM or SD Certification is highly regarded.
- Prior experience working within the health, pharmaceutical, or clinical logistics sectors.
