Due to this growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Candidate Manager/ Senior Resourcer to join our high performing, collaborative team.Lime Recruitment is a known and trusted brand in the Queensland market. The Opportunity
This is not a traditional resourcing role. You will partner closely with our Account Managers (the best of the best!), supporting major accounts while also working on our business clients across predominantly contract as well as permanent digital, technology and procurement roles.You will join a highly experienced, collaborative, supportive and connected team who are driven for success. You will be stepping into an environment with established relationships, repeat business, and genuine demand, allowing you to focus on quality delivery and candidate engagement and the opportunity to make lots of placements!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Source and engage digital, technology and procurement professionals using our vast database of 16 years of data, LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, referrals, and internal networks
- Conduct high-quality candidate screenings focused on capability and role alignment
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key skill sets
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate interviews, feedback and compliance
- Partner closely with Account Managers to deliver outstanding results for key clients
What We’re Looking For?
- Proven experience in an agency resourcing, delivery, or candidate management role
- Confidence operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment – speed to market is key!
- Strong relationship-building and candidate care capability
- Willingness to call candidates and utilise our suite of innovative candidate contact methods
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency
- The ability to multi-tasks and reprioritise
- Tenacity to keep hunting for the best candidate for the client
- Someone who strives to succeed and win
- Technology recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
