Join a major enterprise Human Capital Management transformation program delivering a new SAP SuccessFactors platform. This is an opportunity for an experienced ICT Business Analyst to work across a complex enterprise implementation, partnering with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to shape requirements, improve business processes and support successful solution delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across a large enterprise ICT transformation
- Facilitate workshops and engage with business and technical stakeholders to define business and system requirements
- Develop user stories, business requirements, process maps and supporting documentation
- Work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to refine and prioritise Product Backlog Items
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Support Agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are aligned throughout delivery
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to successful business acceptance of delivered solutions
About you
- You'll bring proven experience delivering Business Analysis services across large scale ICT transformation programs together with:
- Experience working on SAP, ERP, HRIS, Human Capital Management or other enterprise transformation programs
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing senior stakeholders
- Agile delivery experience including user stories and backlog management
- Business process mapping and process improvement experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
