An opportunity exists for an experienced Solution Architect to join a high-performing Architecture team, focusing on the organisation's core Policy, Claims and Billing technology capability.

The Opportunity
Working within a major transformation program, you will be responsible for designing solution architectures that enhance and modernise the organisation's core business platforms. You'll provide architectural leadership across multiple initiatives, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards while enabling long-term platform capability.
You'll work across initiatives involving:
- Core Policy platform capability
- Claims management capability
- Billing and financial transaction platforms
- Platform integrations and APIs
- Cloud-based architecture and modern application design
- Enterprise-wide technology uplift initiatives
- Design end-to-end solution architectures supporting core Policy, Claims and Billing platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop architecture artefacts including solution designs, integration models, roadmaps and reference architectures.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security standards and technology roadmaps.
- Provide architecture governance, technical leadership and design assurance throughout project delivery.
Ideally you'll bring experience in:
- Solution Architecture across large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Core business platforms such as Policy Administration, Claims Management, Billing, Customer or other mission-critical transactional systems.
- Enterprise application integration, APIs and event-driven architecture.
- Producing high-quality solution designs, architecture decision records and technical documentation.
- Agile delivery environments and modern software engineering practices.
- Engaging with senior business stakeholders and leading technical design discussions.
- Experience working within insurance, financial services or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded
