Identity and Access Specialist
Contract to 31 December 2026 | Brisbane, QLD | Hybrid Working
Lime Recruitment is currently partnering with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Identity and Access Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical specialist part in ensuring S/4HANA Finance, Business, and Logistics solution—including SAP GRC Access Control—is supported through effective administration, provisioning, monitoring, and review of user identities and access.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer user identities, access provisioning, and de-provisioning across S/4HANA and associated Corporate Enterprise Solutions (CES) applications following the Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle.
- Analyse and resolve identity and access management issues, offering practical solutions within target timeframes.
- Support the design, configuration, testing, and documentation of IAM processes (workflows, role assignments, periodic reviews) in strict alignment with security and QGCIO/Department of Health policies.
- Assist in assigning security roles based on functional needs while identifying and escalating potential Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts using GRC Access Control.
- Conduct user access reviews, recertification activities, and access reporting to support security audits and investigations.
- Administer identity and authentication services within SAP BTP, including Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), under senior guidance.
- Collaborate across teams to maintain integrated solutions, support upskilling of internal staff, and build strong relationships.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in identity and access management administration (user provisioning/de-provisioning/reviews) within S/4HANA or comparable enterprise applications.
- Proven experience with SAP GRC Access Control for access requests, SoD analysis, and user reviews. Exposure to SAP BTP identity services (IAS/IPS) is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on delivering high-quality, outcome-driven client service.
- Demonstrated ability to work within strict regulatory, legislative, and privacy frameworks.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a track record of building solid client/stakeholder relationships.
