Contracts Administrator - AUD
Contract to 31 March 2027 | Brisbane, Queensland | Hybrid Working
Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Contracts Administrator. In this role you will support the delivery and governance of Land Access requirements by reviewing and reconciling contracts to ensure compliance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery and governance of Land Access requirements critical to enabling ongoing development, construction, and operations activities
- Progress identified compliance improvements and potential cost-saving opportunities
- Review existing contracts and compare contractual information against current system data to identify discrepancies or required updates
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date contract records through thorough reconciliation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address contract issues and enhance processes
- Maintain contract documentation and support governance frameworks
- Contribute to the effective administration of land access contracts to support business priorities
- Assist in identifying and implementing contract management improvements
About You:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, ideally within mining or government sectors
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, particularly in contract review and data comparison
- Familiarity with land access processes and requirements in Queensland
- Proficiency in using contract management systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions
- Relevant qualifications in business, law, or a related discipline
