Senior Project Manager
About the role
Lead complex ICT projects and technical delivery teams while driving business outcomes, governance and successful end-to-end implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical projects from initiation through to closure, managing scope, schedules, budgets and benefits.
- Coordinate technical resources and prepare delivery teams to achieve project milestones.
- Manage developers, engineers and technical professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure consultants follow approved configuration, development, delivery and industry standards.
- Identify, assess and mitigate technical, delivery and project risks.
- Drive requirements definition, prioritisation and controlled change across complex initiatives.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and facilitate informed business decisions.
- Prepare project status reports and escalate issues with practical mitigation options.
About you
- Hold a current Baseline security clearance and maintain it for the contract duration.
- Bring 3–5 years of technical delivery management experience in complex, high-pressure ICT environments, with knowledge of container-platform infrastructure and enterprise technologies.
- Demonstrate advanced project management capability across complex projects, including governance, risk, quality, change control and budget management.
- Apply strategic organisational change management practices across significant initiatives.
- Lead requirements definition, prioritisation, baselining and change management with diverse stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement strategies that support communication and decision-making.
- Monitor project financial records, costs, budgets and reporting to support compliance and informed decisions.
