Implementation Manager

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Implementation Manager. In this role you will Lead a multi-disciplinary project team to deliver the implementation of an electronic rostering solution across multiple healthcare sites in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver complex ICT-enabled business change implementations across multiple sites
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with program governance frameworks and PMO standards
- Monitor, control, and report on implementation performance, trends, and progress against project milestones
- Manage project resources, budgets, and financials within established program tolerances
- Build and sustain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at local and statewide levels
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, escalating as appropriate to ensure quality project outcomes
- Facilitate effective communication channels to promote successful adoption of change within the business
- Provide professional leadership, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment
About You
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering complex organisation-wide ICT-enabled business change projects
- Strong expertise in established project management methodologies, techniques, and tools including benefits realisation and risk management
- Proven leadership and team management skills with experience building and sustaining high-performing multi-disciplinary project teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, connect, and build productive relationships
- Knowledge of, or ability to rapidly acquire understanding of, HR and roster-to-payroll workflow processes and systems
- Availability for intrastate travel and willingness to be based on-site at assigned locations for the duration of project assignments
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when required to meet program deadlines
