AO7 Program Manager
Contract to 31/12/2027 | Brisbane, Queensland
Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced AO7 Program Manager. In this role, you will lead complex data and reporting transformation programs, program mobilisation, scheduling, and resource management to deliver critical organisational objectives.
Position overview:
- Demonstrated experience leading complex data and reporting transformation programs, program mobilisation, scheduling and resource management.
- Strong capability in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, process analysis, report rationalisation, current-state and future-state assessment, gap analysis, business rules documentation, traceability and acceptance criteria.
- Experience developing report catalogues and applying transparent prioritisation criteria such as usage, business value, operational risk, redevelopment complexity, testing processes and sign-off requirements.
- Practical understanding of Power BI dashboards, paginated reporting, semantic models, SQL and dimensional databases (this position will not be the primary developer but must be able to translate requirements to inform technical specifications, challenge designs, and support development processes).
- Ability to establish and maintain data definitions, business glossaries, data dictionaries, data lineage, entity relationship documentation, report certification and version controls.
- Experience with establishing effective governance, risk management, testing and UAT controls.
- Strong facilitation, consultation, and communication skills across operational, finance, technical specialists, data analysts, change management, senior governance committees, and executive leadership teams.
