Advisor, Real-time Network Management
Contract to 25/06/2027 | BRISBANE CITY, QLD
Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Advisor, Real-time Network Management. In this role you will support real-time network operations by strengthening governance, data quality, training and continuous improvement across a dynamic operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update disruption management governance documentation.
- Develop and prepare planned events governance documentation.
- Coordinate and deliver associated training across the state.
- Build knowledge and capability to support data request activities.
- Maintain data quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop clear procedures, work instructions and reports.
- Provide practical guidance and training to system users.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders while supporting governance, compliance and workplace safety requirements.
About You
- Experience supporting real-time network operations in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to prioritise competing priorities and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Strong analytical, organisational and data-quality skills.
- Experience developing governance documentation, procedures, work instructions or reports.
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to provide practical guidance and deliver training to users.
- Commitment to customer service, continuous improvement, compliance and workplace health and safety, with capacity for intrastate travel as required.
Contract and working hours
Contract to 25/06/2027, with the possibility of extension. Nominal hours are 36.25 hours per week (7.25 hours per day). The position description sets maximum hours of 38 per week and 8 per day, Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm, unless otherwise agreed in advance and in writing. No services are required from 24 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 or on public holidays.
