Enterprise Architect

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Enterprise Architect. In this role you will Lead enterprise architecture development and assurance for complex digital transformation, shaping investment decisions and delivering practical outcomes across business and technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance and implementation of enterprise, integration and domain architecture frameworks, policies and governance.
- Develop target-state architectures, transition states, roadmaps and architecture plans for complex systems and interfaces.
- Manage architecture governance, review and approval pathways across projects and stakeholder groups.
- Provide technical, transition and implementation advice to support organisational change and technology investment decisions.
- Guide architects and technical specialists in developing end-to-end solution architectures across business, data, application, integration, technology, security and service-management domains.
- Lead architecture documentation and design assurance for major enterprise finance-platform upgrades across build, testing, remediation, release and cutover.
- Assess dependencies, risks, non-functional requirements, supportability and transition impacts, resolving design-related issues through delivery.
- Prepare architecture strategies, briefs, presentations and reports while consulting, negotiating, mentoring and building stakeholder alignment.
About You
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise architecture for large, complex ICT transformation initiatives, including current-state assessment, future-state design, transition planning and implementation recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop coherent end-to-end architectural views across business capabilities, operating models, information, applications, integrations, infrastructure, cybersecurity and service management.
- Demonstrated experience providing solution and enterprise architecture leadership for complex enterprise resource planning environments supporting finance and workforce functions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering major enterprise platform upgrades or migrations, including impact assessment, custom-code remediation, integration remediation and assurance through build, testing and cutover.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of architecture governance, standards and assurance practices, including architecture artefacts, decision facilitation and approval pathways.
- Highly developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, including options analysis, gap assessment, risk evaluation and dependency management.
- Highly developed consultation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build agreement across executives, business owners, technical specialists, operational teams and external parties.
