AO8 Project Manager - Safety Technology Assets
Contract to 31/12/2027 | BRISBANE CITY, QLD
Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced AO8 Project Manager ? Safety Technology Assets. In this role you will Lead the end-to-end delivery of safety technology asset projects, coordinating suppliers, stakeholders and operational teams to achieve agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of business-led safety technology asset projects from initiation through to operational handover.
- Manage vehicle monitoring solution delivery, including supplier coordination, quality assurance and transition to maintenance.
- Coordinate in-vehicle technology upgrades to minimise downtime and maximise delivery efficiency.
- Manage rugged mobile device upgrades, procurement activities, operating arrangements and deployment into service.
- Oversee delivery activities for mobile roadside trailers and tracked technology platforms.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, issue registers and governance materials.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, external suppliers, procurement and contract management activities.
- Manage delivery assurance, change readiness, testing, acceptance, reporting and structured project closure.
About You
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology, infrastructure or asset projects end to end.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, financial management and delivery reporting capability.
- Proven ability to coordinate suppliers, consultants, internal teams and operational stakeholders.
- Experience supporting procurement, statements of work, acceptance criteria and contract performance activities.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency and change management skills, including timely escalation.
- Ability to prepare governance materials and communicate progress, risks, issues and decisions clearly.
- Experience coordinating operational readiness, transition, documentation, training support and business handover.
