Project Manager - SAP Identity Management

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Project Manager - SAP Identity Management. In this role you will Lead a complex SAP identity and access management implementation, coordinating security-focused delivery across technical teams, business stakeholders and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP identity and access management implementation.
- Coordinate integration, security, infrastructure, data and business change workstreams.
- Establish programme governance, executive reporting, risk management and delivery controls.
- Manage implementation partners, system integrators and multiple technology vendors.
- Oversee audit, compliance, segregation of duties and identity lifecycle outcomes.
- Manage the business case, budget, commercial negotiations and benefits realisation.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across cyber security, SAP, infrastructure, applications and business teams.
- Deliver measurable business outcomes while supporting organisational readiness and adoption.
About You
- Proven experience delivering large, complex SAP transformation, upgrade, cloud migration or security programmes.
- Strong executive and stakeholder management skills across cyber security, SAP, infrastructure, applications and business functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors, system integrators and complex cross-workstream dependencies.
- Strong programme governance, risk, audit and compliance management capability.
- Working knowledge of SAP identity and access management, privileged access, segregation of duties and identity lifecycle principles.
- Experience managing business cases, budgets, commercial negotiations and benefits realisation.
- Executive presence, sound judgement and availability to work from the nominated Brisbane location three days per week, with a compatible mobile device for secure authentication.
