Program Director

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Program Director. In this role you will Lead and manage a large enterprise workforce mobility and human capital management program in Brisbane through 30 June 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation and delivery of an enterprise-wide workforce mobility program.
- Provide strategic leadership across business case development, planning, delivery, monitoring, reporting and assurance.
- Maintain governance, risk management, performance oversight and continuous improvement across the program lifecycle.
- Deliver agreed outcomes within scope, budget, quality and timeframes.
- Build and maintain relationships with government, health-sector and industry stakeholders.
- Support collaboration, negotiation, procurement and vendor management for complex technology initiatives.
- Promote sound human resource management, ethical behaviour, equity and inclusive workplace practices.
- Protect information confidentiality, availability and integrity in line with applicable policies and standards.
About You
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale human capital management programs or projects.
- Strong enterprise program and project governance, planning, reporting and risk management capability.
- Experience delivering complex technology or information management initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate with government, health-sector and industry partners.
- Strategic leadership capability, including sound decision-making and assurance practices.
- Experience with SAP HCM implementations is desirable.
- Available for a full-time Brisbane-based engagement, with capacity to support critical project milestones outside standard business hours.
