Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit a Senior Systems Administrator (EUC). In this role, you will be responsible for providing tier 3 end user compute technology solutions and operational support, collaborating across infrastructure, network, security, and service desk teams to maintain and patch the DOJ EUC Managed Operating Environment (MOE).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver third-level support and maintenance for the EUC technical landscape, performing root cause analysis on complex incidents and implementing resolution plans.
- Scope, configure, test, package, and deploy software using SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell, while automating provisioning and deployment workflows.
- Provide data-driven administration and proactive maintenance for Microsoft 365 services (including Teams, SharePoint, Teams Voice/Calling, Teams Meeting Rooms, and MS Forms).
- Manage and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) across Windows, Apple iOS/iPadOS, and Android enterprise devices.
- Evaluate, test, and assess new EUC hardware, group policies, configuration profiles, and emerging technologies to drive continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary technology groups, external vendors, and internal stakeholders while providing technical guidance to junior team members.
About You
- Extensive hands-on engineering experience in Managed Operating Environment (MOE) management, application packaging, and mobile device administration.
- Strong technical background across Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, Autopilot), SCCM, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, RDS/Windows 365, and PowerShell scripting.
- Practical experience managing Teams Voice/Calling, Teams Meeting Rooms (Logitech, Poly), and device group policies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, M365 Defender, ITIL frameworks, and ServiceNow environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively across IT teams and business units.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Endpoint Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate) are highly regarded.
